As a physical therapist and owner of a private practice , the PRO X brought my treatment to the next level. The PRO X allowed me to take any exercise whether it be for the upper body or the lower extremities and completely re-challenge each patient. The PRO X forced them to not only recruit the muscle group we were trying to target but it allowed us to hit additional muscle groups like their core while performing a functional exercise. I’ve rehabilitated patients with back problems by providing neuromuscular re-education to their spinal stabilizers and have used the instability properties of the PRO X to challenge those patients with balance/proprioception deficits.
The PRO X allowed me to take my training to the next level through its awesome versatility. I’ve seen great improvement in my mobility, stability and power. There is nothing as unique as the Pro X out in today’s market.
The PRO X is arguably the best piece of workout equipment in the market right now for athletes at any level of their career. The Pro X is unique because it challenges your balance, strength, and agility which are essential to taking your game to the next level. For me personally, my biggest challenge has always been balance. After I was introduced to the PRO X I was able to improve my balance by doing movements that were specific to my sport. I was also able to strengthen my core at the same time. I highly recommend the use of the Pro X for non athletes as well. It is a great tool for rehabilitation or personal goals too. I will continue to use the Pro X to get better everyday!
The PRO X was instrumental in helping me to recover from hip surgery. It provided instant feedback on my improvement during the early stages of recovery, and challenged me later as I returned to playing basketball at a high level. I use it as part of my program now both in and out of season.
The PRO X offers a new and innovative way to train. It enables me to attack many different phases of training with one piece of equipment. My game focuses on speed and power as well as balance. The PRO X allows me to develop and to improve all aspects of my sport. I feel stronger, more flexible, and better balanced after training with the PRO X. I would recommend this piece of equipment to any athletic department.
I used the PRO X during my rehab for both my hip an knee surgeries. My doctor was amazed at how quickly I recovered and there is not a doubt in my mind that the PRO X helped achieve this. Not only did I rehab both injuries quickly and regain amazing strength and stability in the joints but my overall fitness level, core strength, and knee/ankle stabilizers where stronger then ever. I wish I had access to this piece of equipment during my college playing days.
PRO X has definitely helped me increase my balance and strength in various athletic positions. The PRO X is an absolute game changer and I haven’t seen anything like it!
Last year I learned that I had partially torn my rotator cuff, faced with two choices, my surgeon and I agreed to opt for the least invasive first: physical therapy. The professionals at Maximum Performance introduced me to the PRO X. The PRO X's features allowed the team to continue to gradually challenge my strength, range of motion and mobility in a progressive manner. Less than a year after being diagnosed, my ROM and strength are back to pre-injury condition.
